 Team spirit. 

This is story of the team spirit .Three Management trainees performed magic Show as a event. 

Three Young students were taught magic using playing cards. Magic is like this.All Three will have same bunch of playing cards. Any person from aundience will give them a number from 1 to 30.All three should take out 1 card from bunch provided blindly.Sum of Three cards should match the number from aundience. This is to repeated for different number. 

Aundience number 21.     15.    8

First student.   10.               10.     5 

Second student.    10.           4.      2

Third student.      1.                 1.     1.

You can draw conclusions.

Every time  all three will decide Individual role without consulting .

All of them will act accordingly giving Accurate results.

This is Team Spirit. 

Same Principal is be applicable to every orgnization. 

Choose the team.No.of person will be different. Fix their roles and actions.Accurate repetations are important.
